Contract details are the specific details of the contract such as product/service quality or restrictions (if you have any).

It is typically filled out by the (buyer), but can also be written by the (seller) as the contract creator.

If the party approving the contract disagrees with the contract details, or other terms of the contract, contract participants may communicate via a .
